a multimedia series of five stories and an interactive event, imagining a pool of water in which people have left objects that were meaningful to them

as the final project for a Master of Architecture degree, the work challenged conventional notions of architectural representation and practice by envisioning a place only through narrative context
an architecture that exists only as a setting for stories, and an architecture that exists purely in collaboration between the viewer's imagination and the artworks themselves
over the course of an hour long event, visitors interacted with stories told through various mediums, before being led to an installation where they were invited to leave objects of their own behind until the installation was dismantled a month later
the event was documented, examined, and re-presented for a follow-up exhibition
the stories

a short play with accompanying set design models about passing things on

a video game about reliance and resilience

an interactive animation about fading out

a crumpled cloth with text about avoidance and acceptance

an installation about going to great lengths to leave a once-meaningful object behind
