a design for a vacation house, haunted by the humans who occasionally visit
seeking inspiration in Ralph Rapson's Glass Cube house in Wisconsin

detritus hinting at the life of the house outside the presence of humans

the house reimagined as an open pavilion, occupied by that other life

until the humans come haunting

concealed from the approach by a berm, an open plan with walls that fold up for human occupation

embracing those other lives, portions of the house decay

intermingling the material timescales of wood, stone, and water
